the game lets you know kris hardly has any personality, it was always asriel the one making you do things, how he dragged you to school. how kris is always just sitting away from everyone and how he was kind of creepy.
Look at his room, and compare it to asriel’s side, asriel has his side filled with trophies and books and comics and games, Kris’ side is empty, he has no interests at all, he does not have a personality, while he has emotions (which he only shows once in the entire game towards the ending in the fight with the spades king) he doesn’t show emotion at ALL, whenever something is threatening his life, even when everyone else reacts in shock his expression does’t change.
Asgore hugs him and he’s just there. Whenever susie and asgore lift him eh’s like a ragdoll, he doesn’t emote at all.

That’s.. because they don’t like those types of hugs. Asgore says this out loud.
This scene, among other things (like them not talking much, not being very expressive, and generally being an outcast), hints toward Kris being neurodivergent. I hope I don’t need to explain to you why calling a neurodivergent-coded kid an “empty, emotionless husk” is, um, really awful and harmful.
Also, you probably won’t even bother to listen to this, but Kris uses they/them pronouns. They’re clearly meant to be non-binary, stop gendering them.
I also think that in the end-game, they lose most of their control and we take over. They can’t play the piano well at all, even though they normally play it beautifully.
They have no control over you dropping the ball of junk, and will be very upset if you do.

Buzinkai was one of the most important people to Homestuck’s success, right up there with Toby Fox and Hussie himself. He had been working on a video game
i’ve seen a lot of people (including me) make the mistake of assuming buzinkai was a man, so let it be known that all of this iconic homestuck music was in fact made by a trans woman. rest in peace.
I went through her Reddit posts and confirmed this to be true. She was a trans lady, though she never got to be completely out during her lifetime. Probably why not a lot of people were aware of it. She wrote some incredible tracks and scored one of the internet’s most iconic webcomics, having a hand in shaping fandom as we know it today.
Alienate Nazis from your content. Make them feel like it is not for them and is explicit in working against them. Whatever ways we can make Nazis feel socially unsafe and unwelcome on the basis of being Nazis is a good deed done.
