Honestly I’m kinda tired of others not tagging spoilers.
Like I get it, it’s their blog they don’t have to blah blah blah.
But what about those who don’t want to see spoilers?
If someone reblogged something from me and someone who didn’t want spoilers saw my post on the blog with out the tags guess who gets the blame? I do
I will get my ask box filled with
“Hey can you tag this as [insert tag here]” or “hey would you mind if you appropriately tagged this as spoilers because I don’t want to see any”
This is why I started blocking people if they didn’t
Like is it really that hard to tap on one grey bubble on your phone or type 4 letters and 1 number on your computer?
Obviously it costs an arm and a fucking leg to do so.
I’m tired of this. No memes today it seems.
the filter option of tumblr can filter posts with tags added by the person who reblogs something and the tags from the op as well, so if your posts contain the tags the reblogs dont need to tag spoilers, at least thats how it works for me
Seriously though, just tag it as the thing it is i.e. the title of the show, film, game, etc. You shouldn’t have to write “spoiler” in your tags because literally anything can be a spoiler when someone is new to the thing.
Just tag the work, if the person not wanting to be spoiled has half a brain they will filter or blacklist the tag.
